2. Order Fulfillment

2.1. Products in our store are shipped directly from overseas supplier warehouses (mainly from China).
2.2. Your order is forwarded to the supplier within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is recorded.
2.3. The total delivery time is 4–45 business days.
2.4. If delivery exceeds 45 business days, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
2.5. The Customer, as the importer, is responsible for customs formalities unless the supplier applies IOSS.


3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
3.2. The store may offer promotions (e.g., free shipping).
3.3. The cost of return shipping is paid by the Customer (in accordance with the Return Policy).


4. Shipping Information and Tracking

4.1. The Customer receives an e-mail with a tracking number (if available).
4.2. The store informs customers about delays communicated by overseas suppliers.
4.3. We recommend checking the parcel upon delivery and documenting any damage.


5. Responsibility for Delivery and Lost Parcels

5.1. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the supplier, carrier, or customs clearance.
5.2. The store assists with filing claims related to damage.
5.3. In the event an order is lost, the store will conduct an investigation—once confirmed, a reshipment or a refund may be offered.


6. Uncollected Shipments / Incorrect Address

6.1. In the case of reshipment, an additional shipping fee may be required.


7. Product Safety (GPSR)

7.1. Products meet GPSR requirements and carry CE marking where required.
7.2. If a product poses a risk, the store will conduct a product recall procedure.
