DINO SMILE Online Store Regulations (DINOSMILE.STORE)
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store available at dinosmile.store and the rules for processing orders placed through it.

1.3. The store sells products delivered from overseas warehouses of manufacturers and suppliers (dropshipping logistics model).
1.4. Placing an order constitutes a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer, in accordance with consumer protection laws.
1.5. The store shares the Customer’s data with manufacturers and logistics companies only to the extent necessary to fulfill the order.
1.6. The store acts as a distributor of products within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and as the responsible entity in the EU where applicable, if acting as a distributor.
2. Product Safety (GPSR)
2.1. All products offered in the Store comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR) and relevant standards, including EN 71 in the case of toys.
2.2. Product information, CE markings, safety instructions, and warnings are provided on product pages and—where possible—on the packaging or in an enclosed leaflet.

The store responds within 24 hours and takes actions in accordance with GPSR.
3. Order Fulfillment
3.1. Orders are processed after payment has been recorded.
3.2. Products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses of manufacturers or suppliers.
3.3. Order processing time is 3 to 21 business days.
Delivery time is usually 7 to 16 business days.
3.4. If more than 21 days have passed since the order was handed over to the supplier, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
3.5. The store is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, or the actions of the carrier.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Customs Duties
4.1. All prices are gross prices (include applicable taxes where required).
4.2. If the supplier uses the IOSS system, VAT is collected at purchase and included in the price.
4.3. If IOSS is not used, the shipment may be subject to additional tax and/or customs duties. Information about this is provided before placing an order.
4.4. The logistics operator may request the Customer to pay the relevant charges in accordance with local regulations.
5. Personal Data (GDPR)
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available on the store website.
6. Store Liability
6.1. The store makes every effort to ensure that product information is up to date.
6.2. The store supports the Customer in complaint/claim procedures.
6.3. The store is responsible for conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with consumer rights regulations.
7. Complaints and Returns
7.1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding non-conformity of the goods with the contract within 2 years from delivery.
7.2. Complaints should be submitted to:

including the order number, a description of the defect, and photos.
7.3. The store will review the complaint within 14 days. If contact with the manufacturer is required, the period may be extended to 30 days.
7.4. If the complaint is accepted, the store will provide: repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
7.5. The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the goods.
7.6. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer, unless the store indicates otherwise.
8. Product Recall / Withdrawal from the Market
8.1. If a product is deemed unsafe, the store will inform the Customer by e-mail.
8.2. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended; however, changes do not apply to orders placed before the changes take effect.
9.2. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish and EU law apply.
9.3. These Terms and Conditions were drafted in Polish and are effective from the moment of publication.
